We followed all the rules, Since they don't take reservations, I went online about 5 minutes before leaving to put us on the waiting list. this Snooze reinforced the fact that, no matter how good a brand is, the local management and staff can ruin an experience anyway. Normally, all is great and I'd highly recommend them. I normally don't write bad reviews, I vote with my dollars instead.
